To begin your return, please use our dedicated returns portal.

โš ๏ธ Only items registered through this portal will be accepted.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, and free from marks, stains, or odors.

  • All tags and protective packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.

  • Final Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

  • Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items purchased with a discount code are eligible only for store credit or exchange.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned.


๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method, minus a $10 fee for the prepaid return label.
    (Fee is waived if you choose store credit or an exchange.)

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for processing after your return arrives.

  • Orders using installment payment services (e.g., Afterpay) remain subject to the original agreement.


๐Ÿ” Exchanges

  • We offer standard and instant exchanges.

  • Instant exchanges require pre-authorization on your credit card.

  • Exchanged items may be returned once only and are eligible for store credit.


๐ŸŒ International Orders

  • Prepaid return labels are not available for international customers.

  • Returns must be shipped to our designated address.

  • You will receive store credit to repurchase the item of your choice.


โš ๏ธ Defective Items or Order Issues

  • Report any defects or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us immediately with photo or video proof so we can assist.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Instructions

  1. Access our Returns Portal and follow the guided steps.

  2. Print your return label (if applicable).

  3. Include the return form in your package.

  4. Drop off the package with the assigned carrier.

  5. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed in 5โ€“10 business days.
